Art of 8 Limbs
Defense that can handle all situations
What is Kun Khmer?
Think of it as Kickboxing with a blade. It shares a lineage with Muay Thai, but Kun Khmer is often defined by its distinct rhythm and aggression.
While Boxing uses 2 limbs (fists) and Kickboxing uses 4 (fists and legs), Kun Khmer utilizes 8 Limbs: Fists, Legs, Knees, and Elbows. This turns the entire body into a weapon, allowing for strikes at long range, mid-range, and inside the clinch.
Vs Muay Thai?
While similar, Kun Khmer fighters famously favor a more forward-pressure style with a heavy emphasis on elbows and close-quarters finishing ability, whereas Muay Thai technique can sometimes favor a more metered, rhythmic approach.
