Morning Run
Every day starts with a run. This builds your base and gets your body ready for what comes next.
Training
After the run, you train. Pad work, bag work, sparring, and technique drills. This is where you build your skills.
Stretching
After training, you stretch. This keeps your body flexible and helps prevent injuries.
Ice Bath
After stretching, you take an ice bath. This reduces inflammation and speeds up recovery so you can train hard again tomorrow.
Massage
A couple times a week, after the ice bath, you get a massage from a professional massage therapist. This helps your muscles recover and prepares you for the next day.
