Every guide on this site is written and approved by the two head coaches you will actually meet on the mats — the same people named on our About page. This page explains who does what, where claims must come from, and how mistakes get fixed.

Sourcing rules

Every claim must trace to a source class. If a claim type has no allowed source, we do not make the claim.

What each claim type requires

Claim typeRequired source classExample
Prices & feesOur own published prices (this site, /#pricing)“$9 day pass”
Sport rules & historyThe source hierarchy on our Methodology pageRules explained against the official competition format
Visitor experiencesReal Google reviews, quoted verbatim with author and dateQuotes on our Reviews page
Health & fitness claimsNo medical claims — general conditioning statements only“demanding cardio and strength workout”, never treatment promises

How we fix errors

Mistakes get corrected, not quietly rewritten. When we find — or are told about — an error, we work through the same four steps every time, and the correction ends up visible on the page itself.

  1. Spot the error (a reader report, a coach, or a scheduled review).
  2. Verify the correct fact against the sourcing rules above.
  3. Fix the page.
  4. Note the correction so the change is not silent.

How often we review

Reviews are scheduled, not reactive — each content type has its own cadence.
